This is a 6 x 6 vintage Birthday card I made for a friend, the background is from DCWV the Tattered time collection., I made all the flowers , I forgot where I got the art work. The bling is from recollections. The matt I used a cream coredinations sheet of paper and distressed it with Ranger Vintage photo ink.
